Major handling update for drawing and measuring
- New
Rectangle tool: three clicks instead of four corners
Rectangular areas now take three clicks: set the first side, then pull out the width. The rectangle may be rotated freely. It works when drawing roof areas, when measuring and on facades in 3D. A right-click undoes the last click.
- New
Chained dimensions: one line after another
Once a measurement line is finished you can carry straight on, as its endpoint becomes the start of the next line. That lets you measure a whole edge in sections without starting over each time. Escape ends the chain.
- New
Move whole polygon sides
You can grab a complete side of a polygon and move it in parallel instead of dragging both corners separately. Available in the 2D plan and on facades in 3D.
- Improved
Measurement lines stay connected
Move a corner or a measurement line and everything attached to it follows: shared endpoints, points sitting in the middle of a line, and across several connected lines. The junction between roof and facade at the eaves holds too.
- Improved
Reliable angle snapping on facades
When drawing on a wall, lines now snap reliably to right angles and to the horizontal of that particular wall surface. The guides show the direction the next point will land in.
- Improved
Shortcuts and guide brought up to date
The shortcut overview in the app and the guide now show the same, complete list. Newly covered are the rectangle tool, moving whole sides and navigating the 3D model, among others.
